The Cyber High staff had the opportunity to meet with State Superintendent Delaine Eastin on her recent visit to the Central Valley. Ms. Eastin attended a presentation hosted by Fresno County Superintendent Dr. Peter G. Mehas about Cyber High at the Fresno County Office of Education on Thursday, February 24, 2000. The Superintendent showed interest in the progress the staff at Cyber High has made in developing an electronic based curriculum for high school students. Ms. Eastin also applauded the staff for their success in designing a curriculum that meets the California State Content Standards and Frameworks while helping students to develop the skills necessary to compete in the work force of the 21st century.
