Why can't I add Add New Users? I am only able to edit existing student accounts.

If you do not have an "Add New User" button on the "Password and Enrollment Manager" screen, then the "Add Users" box was not checked during the initial registration of the Cyber High program on that computer. You will need to re-register your computer. Please contact Cyber High Technical Support for guidance on re-registering your administrative computer.

Another reason is that we allow a maJune 15, 2006dministrative" computer. Any new Cyber High installation performed afterwards will be configured as a "student" computer, meaning the "Add New User" button will not exist on the "Password and Enrollment Manager" screen.

Note: The Add Users box should NOT be checked at the registration of every computer at a school. It is recommended that only one or two computers have that box checked at registration. Those computers will be considered the "administrative" computers and will be the computers used for adding new enrollments.

How do I enroll migrant students in Cyber High with their migrant IDs?

All migrant students must be enrolled using the Internet PASS Program. This program will prompt the administrator for a migrant ID, or Certificate of Eligibility number. In contrast, The Cyber High Program does not permit one to enroll students using a migrant ID. Cyber High Enrollment was designed for enrolling non-migrant students. Cyber High automatically creates a non-migrant student ID.
