Curriculum Changes for 2008/2009

The changes listed apply only to the paper courses.

Please be advised that the following PASS Program courses have been developed to align with the current California State Content Standards and Frameworks. The curriculum changes for 2008 consist of Ten (10) new courses. When a course is ordered, it is important to discard any older versions that may be located at the school site.

Any course on the list below dated before 2008 is no longer going to be aligned with the tests. It is imperative to discard these materials.

Example, if you have Algebra B materials dated 1998, discard them and order the Algebra B 2008 materials. Look on the title page next to the author information of each PASS workbook.

For Example, if you have Algebra A materials dated 2003, discard them and order the Algebra A 2007 materials. Look on the title page next to the author information of each PASS workbook.

Math Skills Review
US History B
Writing Composition A

American Government Spanish
Algebra A Spanish
Economics Spanish

 

Electronic Test Users

Please be advised that as of December 22, 2008, the new Cyber High browser will become functional for all users. For the courses listed above, all final exams will be aligned with the new content. Any student work that is still in progress prior to the release of the software upgrade, will have to be tested using the Paper Test and Scantron forms.
