Completed Course CreditsEach PASS Program course is worth five units or five semester credits. Once a student completes the five course workbooks and passes the exams with a 60% score or higher, the PASS Program automatically issues a five-credit transcript that is mailed directly to the school's registrar. Partial CreditsSometimes a student only needs a few credits of a particular course from the PASS Program. After the student earns the necessary number of partial credits, the PASS Contact person must call or email the PASS Program office to manually request partial credit(s). (Note: The PASS Program does not issue course credits on a unit by unit basis as the student completes each test.) RecommendationsThe same day that a PASS Program Transcript is sent to a school's registrar, the regular PASS Grade Report is sent to the local contact person. This grade report indicates which students have earned five credits for completing a course. It is recommend that the local contact person confirm that the school's registrar has received all five-credit transcripts. If an official transcript was not received, then please contact the PASS Office as soon as possible to request another one. |
