Frequently Asked Questions

What if I want to start a student in the PASS Program but do not yet have his migrant ID number?

All students are required to have a Migrant ID number before being enrolled into the PASS Program. Please follow-up with your regional migrant office.

I have a student who last took PASS courses 3 years ago and now he is starting again. Do I need to re-enroll him?

No. Once a student is enrolled in the PASS Program, he will remain enrolled until the age of 21. For example, a student may have taken 2 credits of English 1A three years ago and then left the region. If this student now returns to the region, he would still be allowed to finish his 3 remaining credits of English 1A.

Do I need to re-enroll my student for each course?

No, students should only be enrolled once in Cyber High so that all credits earned accrue to the same student record.

Do I need to enroll a student again if he or she is switching from the PASS workbook to the Cyber High computer course curriculum?

No, students should only be enrolled once in Cyber High so that all credits earned accrue to the same student record.

How can I determine if a migrant student has already been enrolled in the PASS Program?

Log in to Cyber High. Go to the Management tab > Students > Edit. Search for the student's name. If the student found has a matching name, date of birth, and migrant ID match, then the student is already enrolled.
