Each migrant student must be enrolled in the PASS Program before he/she can receive course credit. If, for example, a Scantron test is received for a student who is not enrolled, then the test score cannot be posted and it will be placed in a "pending" file until the school follows up on their student.
The Migrant ID number is of special significance because it validates that a student qualifies for migrant services. Please do not use any other ID number. If needed, the local contact should call the regional migrant office to obtain the student's Migrant ID number.
