Ordering MaterialsMigrant staff can order PASS Workbook Materials using our Cyber High software. It is required that students be enrolled before materials can be ordered. However, because some schools have extra inventory, the migrant staff will sometimes distribute workbooks before a student is enrolled. Unfortunately, if a test is received for a student who is not enrolled, then the test cannot be processed and the student is penalized. It is then the teacher's responsibility to follow-up with the PASS Program to determine why credits were not issued. To request a user account, please email Russ Chinn at rchinn@fcoe.org. Processing the OrderOnce the PASS Program receives an order, it will be shipped within two business days. The PASS Program will not deliver materials directly to any student or personal address. Common Question about Ordering MaterialsHow many courses can I order for one student at a time? For seniors, the local PASS contact person may order up to two courses at a time. For all other students, the local contact person may only order up to two units at a time. My student is in a big hurry. Can I call in my material order? No, materials may only be ordered using Cyber High. Keep in mind, however, that to expedite processing, the local contact person may fax a Material Order Form to: (559) 265-4013. Can a non-migrant student take the PASS Program? If so, how do I order materials? Yes, a non-migrant student may take the PASS Program. However, each course must be purchased for the student. Please call the PASS Program Office for information on how to order materials at (559) 265-4007. I have received excess course materials. Should I send them back to the PASS Program? It is desired that all unused PASS tests, Scantron forms, unit workbooks, and supplemental items may be returned (at the school or region's expense) to the PASS Program Office:
