The Copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyright material. The PASS Curriculum Material is owned by the Fresno County Office of Education and is protected by United States Copyright law. Therefore, you must treat the PASS/Cyber High Curriculum Material like any other Copyright material. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that his or her use of Copyright material does not infringe the Copyright. Unauthorized reproduction of the PASS/Cyber High Curriculum Material or portions thereof is strictly prohibited.
