Minimum Web Browser Requirement

The Web pages and Web-based applications hosted by the California PASS program require a minimum Web browser of Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Netscape 7.2 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or higher, or any other Web browser compatible with these browsers.

If you are not sure of the version of your browser, select Help in the menu bar of your browser and choose About.

PC Users

If you need to upgrade your Web browser software, follow one of the links listed below:

Macintosh Users

Compatible Web browsers include Firefox (External Link) and Apple Safari (External Link)

Additional Information

Some Web pages and Web-based applications hosted by the California PASS Program require the Web browser to support Javascript (External Link) and to accept session-based cookies (External Link) By default, the major Web browsers are configured to handle this requirement.
